Curtis Fabian didn't set out to build a SaaS company. He set out to solve a problem that kept showing up everywhere he worked — in military communications, in government IT, in private-sector network operations. The same story, repeated: NOC teams operating in one silo, SOC teams in another, and nobody with a unified view of what was actually happening on the network.
The tools existed, technically. But they cost six figures, took months to deploy, and still left gaps between security and operations. Small teams were priced out entirely. Large teams were drowning in fragmented visibility. Curtis decided the industry needed something different — a platform that unified NOC and SOC in a single pane of glass, at a price that didn't require a congressional appropriation to approve.
Today, Curtis leads the technology direction at Innovexus — curating new capabilities, pressure-testing every feature against real operational scenarios, and making sure the platform stays true to its original promise: enterprise-grade network operations that any team can afford.
