# Innovexus 90-Second Product Demo — Video Script

**Format:** Screen recording with voiceover. Single-shot, no cuts, ~90 seconds total runtime.
**Audience:** First-touch buyer — NOC manager, security architect, or VP Eng evaluating PAM.
**Goal:** They understand the wedge ("replace 3 tools with 1") and what brokered access actually looks like in 90 seconds. CTA: book a demo or start the trial.

**Production target:** Mid-market polish. Browser screen capture (Loom, Riverside, ScreenFlow), one engineer on voiceover, no actor, no animation beyond what's already in the product. No royalty-free music — the silence reads as serious.

## Voiceover notes

- **Pace:** Conversational, not announcer. Read as if explaining to a peer engineer over coffee. Light contractions. No "Are you tired of..." cliché openings.
- **Tone:** Confident, dry. Slight skepticism about the category (the hook). Earned authority on the product (everything after 00:24).
- **Voice:** Engineer-presenting, not marketing-presenting. If the founder/CTO is comfortable on mic, that voice works better than a hired voice actor for this category.
- **Silence:** Comfortable with 1–2 second pauses between beats. Don't over-fill.

## Production checklist

- [ ] Capture at 1920×1080 minimum, 60fps preferred (smoother for fast cursor movements)
- [ ] Use a real Innovexus tenant for the demo, not a mock — the live pod state is part of the credibility
- [ ] Pre-stage the Cisco device session so the SSH commands look natural (`show version`, `show running-config | i interface`, brief)
- [ ] Pre-export a real SOC 2 evidence bundle so the click-to-download is instant, not a 30-second wait
- [ ] Record voiceover separately, not in-screen — easier to retake one beat without re-recording the whole capture
- [ ] Keep cursor movements deliberate, not jittery. If you mis-click, retake the beat.
- [ ] No mouse trails, no zoom-and-pan effects, no kinetic typography. The product carries the weight; effects undermine it.
- [ ] Final export H.264 .mp4, 8–12 Mbps bitrate. Host on innovexus.io directly or via Cloudflare Stream — not YouTube as the primary embed (avoids cookie consent friction)

## A/B variant — 30-second cut

Some buyers will only watch 30 seconds. A short cut compiled from the master:

- 00:00–00:08 (Hook)
- 00:32–00:46 (Dashboard sweep)
- 01:00–01:12 (Compliance export)
- 01:24–01:30 (CTA)

Total: ~30 seconds. Same narrative arc, same outcome message. Use as a header video on `innovexus.io/` and embed the full 90s on `/platform` and `/demo`.

## Where to embed

Recommended placements after the video is produced:

1. **Homepage hero** — Replace or supplement the existing globe + live pod card with the 30s cut. Auto-play muted, with closed captions on.
2. **`/platform` page** — Embed the full 90s above the feature grid. Reduces the "wall of features" critique by giving buyers the operational tour first.
3. **`/demo` page** — Embed the full 90s above the calendar booking widget. Self-qualifies the buyer before the call.
4. **`/compare` page** — Optional, embed the 30s cut in the hero. Reinforces the "replace 3 tools" message at the highest-intent traffic moment.

## What this script deliberately doesn't do

- **No founder origin story.** That's about-page material, not the first-touch demo.
- **No customer logos.** If you have logo permissions, drop them into the end-card silently — but don't pause the demo to highlight them.
- **No technical deep-dive.** That's the interactive tour and the discovery call. Demo video is for "do I want a discovery call?" — not "how does the SSH cert chain work?"
- **No price comparison numbers.** The /compare page does that; the demo just establishes the wedge and the price floor.
- **No animations or transitions beyond what the product naturally does.** Marketing motion graphics undermine technical credibility in this category.
